Vonlane bus service, TexasA special bus liner named ‘Vonlane’ has been modifying the way people are commuting between the major cities in Texas.

Alex Danza, owner of Vonlane said that this bus is a unique luxury vehicle that offers extraordinary features as compared to conventional buses, and is quite similar to a ‘private jet on wheels’. He was speaking about some of the facilities passengers would be capable of enjoying once they are aboard this transport system.

He said that the bus comprises high speed Wi-Fi, XM satellite radio placed at every seat, DirecTV and twenty-two seats. He also specified that all the seats of this new bus liner were first class ones. Apart from these amenities, one would also be able to enjoy facilities like that of a restroom, wood floors, work stations and leather seats.

Alex Danza said that he was aiming to offer passengers almost everything that they require during the time of travelling.

The other amenities travellers would be offered onboard the bus include noise cancelling headsets, shoe shine, sleeping masks and even neck pillows. The best part about the bus is that passengers are permitted to carry as much luggage as they prefer on these buses, free of charge.

The bus liner offers three daily trips to Austin and Dallas from downtown Houston, according to Danza. Danza also added that Vonlane offers convenience to passengers and is devoid of the airport issues.

He then said that passengers approach the bus at least five minutes prior to departure, climb aboard and do not even need to do away with their devices during the take-off. Therefore, passengers are able to work on their laptops for up to three hours that makes the bus journey really productive for all people.

One of the passengers who was happy with the Vonlane experience said that unlike the traditional flights that are costly, Vonlane offered much more convenience.

Another passenger who had been utilizing the Vonlane services for business said that he had taken as many as 60 rides on this special bus. Not only is it economical but it also enables one to avoid the problems faced in the airport.

Firstly, if one rides the Vonlane, he would have to pay around $178 for a round trip from Houston to Dallas. On the other hand, traditional round trip flights charge around $250, if it is booked two weeks in advance. Vonlane also offers an advantage with respect to the timing.

For instance, the journey from Downtown to Hobby Airport in Houston would take about 3 hours 17 minutes in normal flights. However, if one travels through Vonlane, the total trip to Dallas from downtown Houston would take nearly 3 hours 45 minutes.

Vonlane also permits minors to travel alone, something that Danza said is interesting for parents who co-parent with a person based in a different city.

Danza also said that while 60% of the riders are business travellers, the bus service also witnesses riders who are leisure travellers.

Vonlane has decided to offer services from February 2017 onwards, between Houston and San Antonio.
