Expert chefs from 31 countries will join in the fest. It will be hosted by Kerela Tourism, UNESCO and Union Tourism Ministry. The event will be aimed at honouring the province’s inheritance of maritime trade over a period of 2,000 years.

Towards the end of the fest, there will be a public tasting event.
