SriLankan Airlines introduces services at Seychelles to attract Indian & Chinese tourists

SriLankan AirlinesTo attract more tourists from China and India at Seychelles, SriLankan Airlines has launched its inaugural service to Indian Ocean archipelago nation.

Flight UL707, a SriLankan Flight touched down Seychelles after noon on Thursday and the fight was welcomed with water cannon salute with torrential rains.

The tourism and aviation minister of Seychelles said that major tourism source markets like China and India should be reached after the flight touched down from Colombo.

He also expressed that Sri Lanka can earn major revenue – nearly 80 % of total revenue from tourism industry and rest from export of Sri Lankan fish.

Sri Lanka comprises nearly 115 islands and there are many major destinations for tourists.
The tourism minister of Sri Lanka has expressed that this year more than 7000 tourists from India have visited Sri Lanka.

The tourism industry is major source of earning revenue of the country and the tourism minister of Sri Lanka has launched the air services at Seychelles to attract more tourists from India.
