St Regis Bangkok makes key appointments

St Regis Bangkok has made two key appointments, Sam Chia and Carl Chapman will join the team at as director of sales & marketing, and director of F&B, respectively.

In the last role Chia was leading the sales, events and marketing communications efforts at The St Regis Singapore and he holds a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality industry. He was also a part of the pre-opening at Capella Singapore.

He is also known to have a stint with the regional sales team of the Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts.Whereas earlier he also served as an assistant vice president-business development at the Capella Hotel Group Asia.

Chapman has more than two decades of experience with the luxury hotels and resorts from UK to Dubai. He is a seasoned international hotelier and had served Claridge’s and The Savoy and joined the St Regis Bangkok from Dukes Dubai.
