The views and opinions of thousands of customers from across the travel sector that included the flyer programme members, corporate travel managers,product managers and frontline travel agents were taken into consideration by the research programme. The sole objective was to have a clear understanding of their perception of Star Alliance, its product and services.
The insights will be further used to identify what the customers value the most along with a clear content strategy keeping the customer in mind.
The new website will have illustration of how the members of the frequent flyer programmes will be able to earn and redeem miles across the world’s largest air alliance.
Star Alliance facilities at the Heathrow will also be highlighted along with the key areas of the customer experience like the lounge locations.
