Starwood Hotels and Resorts crossed another milestone last week when it hosted the 10th edition of the Starwood India Expo, 2016 across 4 key cities in the country. In its 10th year, the expo was held across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurgaon and showcased 107 hotels from across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa & Middle East and North America.

The Starwood India Expo is an annual roadshow which brings together the company’s B2B customers from all segments of the industry. It provides an opportunity for Starwood associates to update their customers across all market segments on the company’s developments worldwide, strengthen existing relationships, enroll customers into the award winning loyalty programs and discuss opportunities with SPG Pro, the first program of its kind to reward members across all segments for all business booked at Starwood.

The 2016 edition of the Expo commenced in Bengaluru before travelling to Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi NCR. Over the 4 days, close to 2000 customers attended the roadshow.

– ITC Gardenia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bengaluru on 4th April, 2016
– The St. Regis Mumbai on 6th April, 2016
– ITC Sonar, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata on 7th April, 2016
– The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi on 8th April, 2016
Starwood Hotels & Resorts currently operates 54 hotels in South Asia under 8 of its brands and has a robust pipeline of 51 hotels in the region. The company’s strong growth momentum will continue with key openings such as W Goa and The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort. In Asia Pacific, Starwood has recently surpassed the 320 mark and has another 277 hotels under development.
