The Steigenberger Hotel Group has developed new online presences for its Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts and InterCityHotel brands. The elegant design of the sites, the straightforward booking options and the price transparency they offer and a special “hotel finder” means that users are enjoying genuine added value with immediate effect.
Steigenberger’s new fast-loading websites mean that a quick look at a calendar that displays real-time room prices and availabilities is all that is needed before a booking can be confirmed. Additional language options have been introduced to make it easier for international visitors in particular to navigate their way around. Conference guests can access a full overview of events capacities at the various hotels via a direct integration of available MICE offers (Meetings Incentives Conventions Events).
The new Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts website also leaves plenty of room for inspiration. A “hotel finder” feature enables users to obtain individually tailored hotel packages by entering key words. This allows them to find the health and beauty spa services, active holiday, country break or city visit offers they are looking for. There is also a facility to submit direct enquiries on such matters as spa and restaurant provision.
