A strategic partnership has been announced between Roxaco-Vanguard Hotel Corporation (RVHC) and Revinate. Revinate, the software as a service (SaaS) company that helps hotels reinvent the guest experience.
The Roxaco-Vanguard Hotel Corporation is a collaboration between Roxaco Land Corporation and Vanguard Hotels Pte Ltd. Vanguard Hotels Pte Ltd was founded in 2009 to design, build, and operate quality, branded, affordable hotels in Southeast Asia. Today, with two core investments in the Philippines and Malaysia and its imminent entry into Vietnam and other regional high growth markets, Vanguard Hotels Pte Ltd is increasingly being recognized as an innovator in this hospitality market segment.
Roxaco Land is the property arm of Roxas and Company Inc., a publicly listed firm which owns Roxas Holdings. Roxas Holdings owns a land bank of several thousand hectares, and is also the largest producer and second largest refiner of sugar in the Philippines.
To be managed by Vanguard Hotels Pte Ltd the joint venture has laid the foundation for the initial development of five branded “Go Hotels” within the Philippines. The Go Hotels brand is owned by the Robinsons Land Corporation, one of the Philippines’ leading real estate companies, and is one of the largest value hotel chains in the country.
RVHC will leverage Revinate’s full spectrum of market-leading solutions –including Revinate Marketing™, a marketing automation platform providing unprecedented segmentation features.
Following this partnership, Damian Ball, Group VP for Operations at Vanguard Hotels Pte Ltd, highlighted how Revinate’s Rich Guest Profiles, bringing together demographics, stay history, preferences, guest feedback, and social media, will allow the properties to reach a new level of understanding and service to our guests.
According to Dany Bolduc, Vice President for APAC at Revinate, they are thrilled with this partnership and particularly excited about RVHC understanding and acting upon the pressing need among hoteliers to shift processes and mindsets to a guest-centric culture. Bolduc added that thriving in the increasingly competitive Southeast Asian market will require hotels to build and manage close relationships with their customers, and aggregated guest data provides a unique advantage towards understanding their preferences and needs.
The Roxaco-Vanguard Hotel Corporation’s properties will also adopt Revinate’s online reputation management, surveys and customer engagement solutions, accessing a 360-degree view of guests across their portfolio and a wide range of tools to establish a meaningful conversation and exceed their expectations.
