The Olympic Games is coming soon! To enhance the Olympic atmosphere, Café Rivoli will present the Summer Olympic Seafood Dinner Buffet from 1 July 2016 to 4 September 2016 with a wide range of seafood around the world and other sumptuous delicacies for guests to welcome Olympic!
The tempting delicacies on the buffet table are reflecting the outstanding quality of athletes of the Olympic! The Lobster Apple Salad with Salmon Roe and Lobster Crab Meat Celery and Pear Salad, which is made of Boston lobster, crab meat and the freshest fruit, are the best choice to start the buffet. Following the starter, guests are recommended to taste the Japanse dish. The crispy skin of the Deep-fried Oyster with Sakura Shrimp which is made of the Hiroshima oyster will stimulate your appetite after deep-fried with the Sakura Shrimp. “Hat” Pot is one of the famous dishes in Vietnam.
To bring guests an extraordinary dining experience, Café Rivoli presents the Seafood “Hat” Pot which is reformed from the original Vietnamese style to surprise guests. Seafood “Hat” Pot shows the dish on a pot which looks like a hat. A selection of ingredients including lobster, Myanmar tiger prawn, scallop, fresh clam, crab and more will be placed on the edge of the pot and Stock Soup made of lobster, fish maw and fish will be in the middle of the pot. Ken Chan, Executive Chef of the Hotel added gimmick to this traditional dish. After boiled with various seafood, rice will be added into the soup and become a super tasty congee. Brazilian Grilled Skewer with Fruity Flavor including Beef and Apple Skewer, Pork and Pineapple Skewer and Chicken and Cantaloupe Skewer are the recommended dishes from the host city of the Olympic Games, Brazil.
The meat is preserved by fruit juice to keep its tenderness. Besides, other delicacies include Char-grilled Lamb Rack with Wild Berries and Sunflower Honey Sauce, Pan-fried Foie Gras with Caramelized Figs in Balsamico, etc are also the highlight of the buffet.
