The Levant cuisine restaurant Olea offers the most unique culinary experience for Friday Brunch that evokes the comfort of one’s home and is perfect for the whole family. Located on the lower lobby level of Four Seasons Hotel Amman, Olea sets a new standard of quality and excellence with an extensive and diverse buffet for Friday Brunch, where guests can embark on a gastronomic journey through the restaurants kitchens while enjoying live cooking stations from mezze to seafood, pizza, home-cooked local favourites and more.
A particular favourite among sweet-toothed brunchers, Olea’s signature dessert section offers an ice cream station, crepe station, local favourites and international sweets and delights such as cotton candy and candied apples that take one back to childhood days. Also, there is a make-your-own juice bar. A dedicated Kids Corner gives children the opportunity to help themselves to kids’ specialty items such as mini burgers and homemade pasta and most importantly, the Sweet Corner.
The tastes and flavours of the Levant culture come alive at Olea Restaurant where all dishes are made using only the freshest ingredients, and those dishes include sayadieh, which is an Arabic fish with rice and tahini sauce; a yoghurt and chick peas dish called fatet hummus; a chicken shawerma station with full condiments; a traditional grilled BBQ station and more.
This summer, starting from July 29 until September 2, 2016 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, Olea is kicking off a summer brunch promotion for JOD 30 all inclusive for adults, JOD 12 all inclusive for 6 to 12 years old, and for children under 6, it is complimentary.
