The Hong-Kong based hospitality group has currently 145 hotels and resorts either operating or in the pipeline in 22 countries on four continents including three properties in Vietnam.
Swiss-Belresort Tuyen Lam, the upscale retreat in the country central Highlands is not far from the city of Da Lat.
The European-style hotel features 151 rooms along with Swiss Café Restaurant and outdoor terrace, seven function rooms and extensive leisure facilities, including an 18-hole golf course.
Two more properties of the group are in pipeline.
Swiss-Belhotel Suites & Residences Ha Long Bay is all set to open before 2019 end, overlooking Northeast Vietnam’s spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site. The property has 298 apartment-style rooms for short and extended stays apart from other impressive facilities including a fitness centre, a spa, swimming pool, multiple food and beverage outlets, a ballroom and meeting rooms.
Swiss-Belresort Bai Dai Phu Quoc is also slated to open its doors on the pristine coast of the southern Vietnam Island.
The exquisite resort will have 218 rooms and villas in addition to outdoor pools, a spa and a choice of dining options, including a seafood restaurant and beach club. The property will also provide space for events and weddings.
Swiss-Belhotel International Executive Director Edward Faull said that the group was properly positioned to meet the rising demands in all sectors of the market. He said that group will extend its portfolio in Vietnam to 250 properties by 2020 end and this will comprise around 2500 rooms under its 14 diverse brands, spanning the hospitality spectrum from economy to luxury.
