Currently the group is operating one hotel in Vietnam, Swiss- Belresort Tuyen Lam, which is an enchanting upscale retreat in the country’s Central Highlands, not far from Da Lat.
The 151-rrom resort is popular with leisure travellers, golfers and meeting planners alike. By 2021 the company is aiming to expand its Vietnamese portfolio to at least 10 hotels in important business and leisure destinations across the country.
In the fourth quarter of 2019 the Swiss Belhotel Suites & Residences Ha Long Bay is scheduled to open. So far, two new hotels in Vietnam has been signed by Swiss- Belhotel International.
In the impressive 350 apartment –style rooms for short and long stays there will be extensive facilities like spa, fitness centre, swimming pools, multiple F& B outlets, a ballroom and meeting rooms.
On the pristine coast of Phu Quoc, a southern Vietnam’s island jewel in 2022 the Swiss-Belresort Bai Phy Quoc will open. There will be 218 rooms and villas, outdoor pools, seafood restaurant and a beach club. There will be space for events and weddings.
In major cities like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Haiphong and Danang, beachfront locations like Phu Quoc, Quy Nhon and Van Phong, and cultural sites such as Sapa and Hoi An the company is pursuing a series of promising leads.
