SWISS will complete a decade of operations on Delhi – Zurich route on November 25, 2017. The airline will celebrate this milestone by curating a special walk showcasing Delhi hidden historic and cultural legacy thus underlining its commitment to Delhi.
Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS), the airline of Switzerland and part of Lufthansa Group will complete 10 years of operations on the Delhi – Zurich route on November 25, 2017.
To celebrate this milestone, SWISS will host a special walk titled ‘The Delhi Seductress’ featuring Mehrauli Archeological Park on December 17, 2017. The walk will explore the by-lanes of Mehrauli, its multi-faceted history and architecture through visits to mausoleums, step wells as well as several other structures modified during its history. SWISS and experts from Darwesh – a travel and culture studio will jointly lead the event.
India remains key market for SWISS

SWISS’s inaugural flight LX146 connecting Delhi with Zurich took place a decade ago on November 25, 2007. Delhi became the second destination within India, thus creating history for long haul destinations.
