The hotel would be equipped with 275 rooms.
It would be located within the Twin Creeks Gold and Country Club in the corridor of Western Sydney. The area would be a little place down the road from Celestino’s new $5 billion science city, Sydney Science Park.
The centerpiece of the resort hotel would be the lagoon pool.
This is because it would have a beach that would resemble that of Wet ‘n’ Wild, as revealed by Grant Martin, the chief executive of Twin Creeks. He said that the visitors would be capable of swimming under a floating bar and also eat in an outdoor dining area that is close to the pool.
Mr. Martin added that their vision to ensure that this new hotel develops to be a five-star hotel that is the number one hotel in this region.
He has asserted that they have already discovered that there is a good market for overall accommodation and not just for golf. He also said that they have been hoping to have the hotel constructed within the end of 2017.
A gymnasium, multiple function areas, two lounge areas, a resort boutique, a 100 square metre convenience store, three private karaoke rooms and a day spa with outdoor plunge pools would be some of the other interesting features of the new hotel.
The carpark that already exists would be replaced with two levels of underground parking for 500 vehicles.
The clubhouse would have another level added.
