George W. Bootes III (George) has joined the Tucson Airport Authority as the Chief Economic Development Officer. Among his responsibilities, Bootes will oversee infrastructure planning for TAA’s vacant land and promote airport development.

Prior to moving back to Arizona for his new position, Bootes moved to Albuquerque to start an economic development program at an electric utility company, always maintaining complete authority over economic development.
