Caprice, the renowned French restaurant boasting three Michelin stars at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, has unveiled an upcoming gastronomic extravaganza to celebrate Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot’s remarkable 20-year journey in Asia. Set to take place from January 17 to 20, 2024, this special event will see Chef Guillaume collaborating with a stellar lineup of 26 world-famous chefs, collectively holding more than 30 Michelin stars. Together, they will curate a series of four exquisite tasting menus that promise to be unforgettable. This culinary dream team will collaborate with Caprice’s resident talents, Chef de Cuisine Suveg Kavatkar and Pastry Chef Yann Riedmuller, to craft a dining experience beyond compare.
