Geoffrey Tengeneza, a senior public relations officer with Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) said that among other important things, the east African countries have come together at the Lateoli footprints at the forthcoming global tourism fair- Internationale Tourismus Borse (ITB) show which is about to take place in Berlin, Germany.
Considered as one of the earliest human footprints available, the country will count on the legendary assets who resided in Northern Tanzania 4 million years ago. While marketing and promoting the tourism industry of the country, these footprints will be used to attract tourists in ITB expo this year.
To quote Geoffrey Tengeneza, ‘’ this year we use the Laetoli footprints as our best weapon among the many weapons in our armory at the ITB Berlin show.’’
