The JetBlue flight No. 213 initially took off from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York and it was destined to reach Long Beach Airport in California. But after detecting a ‘possible cockpit indicator error’, the pilot of the jet decided to make an emergency landing at the O’Hare International Airport in Chicago, around 4:30 pm local time.
None of the passengers or the crew members was reported to be injured during the emergency landing.
Right after the landing, the maintenance crew of the airline was sent to inspect the aircraft. The authorities of JetBlue did not release any more information regarding the potential error in the jet.
