The 2017’s Colorado Governor’s Tourism Conference finally ends

Colorado GovernorThe 2017’s Colorado Governor’s Tourism Conference comes to a closing after going through exhilarating three days with events concluding on a high note.

Lieutenant Governor Donna Lynne in the early Friday morning made an appearance to launch their Inaugural Colorado Leadership Journey Tourism class.

The class is a one year learning event. Here people get to acquire widespread knowledge about the industry.

Rick Steves, one of the most expected speakers, Travel and Guidebook Author, simultaneously started things off with a 75 minutes speech.

At the time of his presentation, he discussed about his travels all through Europe and ways to apply his tactics to lure visitors to our state.

Overall, those with the Colorado Tourism Office explained that this conference has been the best so far. “I just feel like the caliber of breakout sessions and the speakers that we had this year were kind of next level. People are buzzing about their take away’s from these sessions. The presenters for the general sessions have been really dynamic. The networking that I’ve seen taking place between sessions and around town has just been amazing,” said Carly Holbrook with the Colorado Tourism Office.
