As of today, ACTA is offering the Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) exam preparation course through the ACTA Campus. By completing the modules Travel Agents will be prepared to pass the exam and complete the first step to receiving your professional designation of Certified Travel Counsellor. Those who successfully complete the exam, work 1800 hours of relevant experience and submit a performance appraisal from their manager will achieve the professional designation of CTC. Travel Agents who successfully complete the program will receive:

With the ACTA Campus we can now take advantage of the technology to get us out of the pen and paper process that has followed us since ACTA acquired CITC (Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors).”
Also today, in partnership with Air Canada, ACTA is excited to be offering Travel Agents the opportunity to “Explore, Learn and Earn” about the Air Canada family, destinations, products and services through the ACTA Campus. Travel Agents can now complete the Air Canada Global Sales University curriculum and be on their way to becoming a certified Air Canada Expert (ACE).
You can become an Air Canada Expert (ACE) in two easy steps.
First, obtain your Captain’s badge by successfully completing all 16 modules within the 6 Air Canada courses with a grade of 80% or higher. As Captain you will receive Air Canada’s Global Sales University certificate of completion and be eligible to attain your ACE Certification. You will also be entered to win an IPad-Pro with the draw to be held in November, 2016.
Second, complete all 3 case studies no later than August 31, 2016 with a grade of 90% or higher.
Once you have successfully completed the requirements within the two step process you will receive the designation of “Air Canada Expert.” Travel Agents who hold ACE designations will receive the Air Canada Expert Recognition Kit which includes:
