The Taste of Artistry at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

The Taste of Artistry brings together top chefs, artists, mixologists and designers to explore the intersection of Italian art and culture in uniquely creative ways.

 

Presented in partnership with Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon, Four Seasons Hotel Beijing will celebrate The Taste of Artistry with a series of high-end Italian culinary events accentuated with menus illustrated by Resident Artist Cui Fenghua, who during her tenure at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing has created dozens of stunning pieces of contemporary art; floral arrangements designed by artist and founder of Urban Garden Design Ryan Carter; and expertly-crafted cocktails by Four Seasons Hotel Beijing mixologist and rising international bartending star Keith Motsi.

 

At Mio, award-winning Chef Aniello Turco of Four Seasons Hotel Beijing and Chef Marco Veneruso of Four Seasons Hotel Milano will bring their cumulative experience in world-renowned Michelin-starred restaurants to create a Molto Italiano dinner menu of sumptuous modern Italian fare that will satiate the most discerning palates. Mio has been named one of Gambero Rosso’s top Italian Restaurants 2017 and Food & Wine Magazine’s 50 Best Restaurants in China 2016.

 

Indulge in the freshest tastes of Italy in the Milan Street Food Festival October 21-22, 2017 at Opus Lounge. Chefs Aniello and Marco combine world-class culinary expertise to recreate the tastes and flavours of classic Milanese street food made almost entirely from locally-sourced ingredients and optional free-flow Italian sparkling wine, wine and beer.

Milan Street Food Festival

Time: 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm
Price: CNY 488* (soft drinks), CNY 528 (house wine and beer), CNY 588 (wine, beer and Italian sparkling wine). Kids between 6 and 12 years old can join for CNY 254, kids under 6 eat free.
Four Seasons Hotel Beijing guests can also experience the luxury of one of Italy’s top automakers with a Maserati car display in the Hotel lobby. The Maserati will be on show for one week to highlight The Taste of Artistry.
