Armed with years of experience in charcuterie and grill, a lust for experimentation, and several culinary tricks both traditional and urban up his sleeves, he has handcrafted a specialty menu which serves up a marvel of house-cured charcuterie and grill favourites. Enjoy a night of fantastic food, shots and giggles, as the hotel also provides complimentary shots on the hour, every hour, for the night.
On the other hand, Shahrul Ariffin, Chief Mixologist at Bar Vagabond is quite the romantic and has specially created #lovepotion39 for Valentine’s Day, a sweet and intoxicating cocktail, specially crafted to make every couple fall more in love on this special day. This pleasing drink brings forth a unique mix of ingredients and a wonderful feast for the eyes too. Martin Miller’s Gin, Espirit de June, lemon juice and simple syrup with a light staining of grenadine to define the color of the drink. Espirit de June is a rare french liqueur crafted from the flowers of ugniblanc, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Keeping this in mind, the piece de resistance, is the ice that is used to chill the drink, where the ice has been meticulously created with frozen berries and edible flowers wrapped within it, akin to presenting a bouquet of flowers to our loved ones.
