He will take over the position of Andrew Munt who was earlier promoted to the vice president operations for the group.
Thomas has significantly contributed to the success of Pentahotels in the UK since his joining in 2014. He was responsible for the launch of two new hotels in the previous role as a cluster manager, Pentahotels, Birmingham and Derby.
His skill set and qualification will further help in the cultivation of strong relationship with the talented team across the various properties of Pentahotels’ in the UK. He will further add on to the group’s global market presence.
Munt said on the announcement of his appointment Ben was the perfect candidate to lead the UK in to its next chapter, he has a proven track record since his joining.
Thomas holds an advanced diploma in hospitality management, his sound strategic and commercial approach will add value to the company.
Munt was delighted to hand over the responsibility to Ben and was waiting to see how it evolved under his unique leadership.
