A 54-year-old pilot and 26-year-old flight attendant got into a tiff which prompted a two-hour flight delay at New York’s LaGuardia Airport. According to the sources, the male pilot and female crew member exchanged words in the aisle, with each accusing the other of aggressively grabbing the other’s arm.
According to tracking service FlightAware.com, the 76-seat plane left the gate two hours late and spent another hour taxiing before takeoff for the one-hour, 45-minute flight to Portland. It was operated by Delta subsidiary Endeavor Air.
Both the employees were later taken for interrogation however, none of them were arrested or harmed.
Both the pilot and flight attendant were ordered to stay behind, causing the flight to depart two hours after schedule at 1:30 p.m.
