AmsterdamAmsterdam has introduced an attack against the vacationers in the Dutch city as anti-tourism sentiment extends all over Europe. Bosses have launched new set of laws to put off anti-social behavior from tourists in the midst of locals’ fears they are ruining the popular city.

Urinating in public, singing loudly outside and dumping litters will see travelers slapped with the maximum fine of £121.

Amsterdam is the latest addition to hit back at the vacationers, with rioters and protesters threatening tourists in Spain and Italy. The regions are asserting that tourists are ruining their country.

Also, the new laws will crack down on “booze and banter” on the streets, which now on be considered as an offence with a £83 fine.

To quote Chief executive of Amsterdam Marketing, Frans van der Avert, as informed Dutch News,“Everybody is free to choose, but if you choose to be a public nuisance, you have to pay for it. It’s a minority, but a very loud minority that offends people.”

He explained that the city is a “free city” however visitors should remain courteous of other travelers as well as locals in the area.

This is not the first time that Amsterdam has tried to stem the number of holidaymakers visiting the city.
