The award-winning venue is running a range of new three and five-day health and fitness programmes and spa pamper experiences to help people fight the flab over the coming months – with prices starting from €199 (approx £140) per person for a three-night beginner’s fitness break.
Available at both beginner and advanced levels, the fitness packages include fitness and nutritional assessments and body composition and ECG tests as well as individual work-out routines and access to group classes and weight control.
Optional weight control, detox and wellness menus are also available on a full-board basis for €35 per day, while additional personal training sessions can also be booked along with physio and massage sessions to ease any aching muscles and bones.
Alternatively, two and three-day spa pamper experiences – which include a selection of treatments and massages – cost from €220 per experience (approx £155, excludes accommodation), and guests can choose from a range of accommodation options in La Manga Club’s five-star Hotel Principe Felipe or the resort’s four-star Las Lomas Village.
Complimentary use of Spa La Manga Club’s fitness centre, indoor pool, saunas and steam rooms are also included, with all packages based on two people sharing a room.
La Manga Club is an ideal venue for health and fitness training at any time of year with extensive facilities, including a large comprehensively equipped gym and 25-metre indoor pool.
The nearby Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea allow open-water swimming and the surrounding areas provide various routes and terrain for running and cycling in beautiful unspoilt Mediterranean countryside, with expert advice available on the best course to use and a wide range of high-performance bikes available for hire through the Independent Activity Centre on resort.
