Focused exclusively on global business travel management, Association Corporate Travel Executive’s (ACTE) will hold a certified, hands-on, global immersion training and development programme ‘Around the World in 80 Hours’.
Scheduled to commence in May and run through June and July, the programme helps travel professionals to gain additional market knowledge within select cities and regions via a customized itinerary that includes as many destinations as the schedule allows.
University students can also apply and select an individual destination or apply for the comprehensive 9- to 12-week training programme and earn up to nine (9) undergraduate credit hours awarded by the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College.
Each programme includes practical training / internship opportunities in addition to the activities below. Enrollment is competitive and a limited number of Student Fellowships.

– Economic, industry and cultural briefings
– Networking events with industry VIPs
– Professional development opportunities
– Site visits to key suppliers of business travel products and services
– Optional cultural activities
