Passengers can access the Trainline app for the Google Assistant that is available on Android phones, on the Assistant app on iOS and Assistant-enabled devices like Google Home.
The Trainline’s voice app can manage deep conversational complexity and will be able to answer twelve layers of questioning. The voice app couples Trainline’s leading travel technology experience with the Google’ conversational platform that eases the process of accessing information while one is on move.
The Trainline’s voice app will allow the rail commuters rushing to get to and from work to recognize their commuting patterns from regular places like their home.
The built-in feature of the app helps the passenger in gathering real-time delays, time required to walk to or from a station while providing answers. It is expected that the people’s lives will be simplified via this app for those rushing to get somewhere if walking between stations or getting ready in the morning.
Dave Slocombe, the product director of Trainline said that their main aim with the launch is to make travel as simple as possible, Trainline’s voice app is the latest in the long line of innovation. He was proud to work with Google and the new Assistant platform on the creation of voice capabilities that would simplify the complex travel information.
