TravelBird, an online travel specialist, recently released the Most Instagrammed Tourist Attractions. This study graded more than 470 attractions in different locations around the globe. The analysis was made on the basis of the number of tags on the social media platform. As we know that currently image-based applications are most popular among the millennial users. This information was used by TravelBird to gain an idea and understanding of how global travel destinations are measured up on social media.
An in-depth scrutiny of the best travel spots in the United Kingdom are utilized in the results. Also, two attractions are researched in every region of the UK. In case of the addition of multiple regions, local gems as well as poplar sightseeings are represented along with the capital. In 10 more countries, the same process was repeated. A master ranking was created from the in-depth analysis into each country which accounts over 400 of the world’s most popular tourist destinations on their Instagram presence.
