The hotel flaunts of 112 rooms and aims to attract travellers in their 20’s and 30’s and also others who are known to share a unique mindset, referred by the company as a ‘millennial mindset’.
This colorful hotel would be based on the western part of Mill Creek Square at 2310 Lincoln Highway. The New-York based Springwood Hospitality would be in charge of supervising the management of this new hotel. The hotel would be costing $7.2 million for its construction, as per the permit information of East Lampeter Township.
The site for the hotel was actually initially occupied by the Passport Inn and its predecessor, the Congress Inn.
But, the building was torn down.
Meanwhile, Hilton Worldwide had launched the Tru brand in January 2016.
Along with its price, Tru is marketed with brightly shaded rooms and also amenities intended to appeal to travellers with an adrenaline rush and ‘youthful energy’ as well as a keenness for human connection.
The hotel lobby would be known as ‘The Hive’ and the front desk has been referred to as the ‘Command Center’.
Furthermore, the hotel also has a ‘Play Zone’ that has many table games and also a beautiful system of tiered seating around a television that attempts to resemble a stadium.
