Air Transat, Canada’s leading holiday travel and transatlantic carrier, moves up to 15th place in the AirHelp world airlines ranking after the organization corrected an error in early January. Air Transat’s on-time performance score of 8/10 replaces the initial grade of 2.3/10 that AirHelp gave the Canadian airline. The new score is more representative of the excellent service that Air Transat provides to its customers on both sides of the Atlantic.
The AirHelp ranking, published twice a year, evaluates some 80 airlines worldwide on the quality of their service, their on-time performance and the efficiency of their handling of compensation claims. Air Transat was included for the first time in the latest ranking, published November 12, 2016.
