Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh welcomed honourable media representatives and influencers during the launch of the Turkish Food Festival at The Grill restaurant on October 24, 2016. Tarek Bekhiet, Regional Director of Marketing, is proud to have hosted the opening event along with Chef Husseyin Deniz who prepared a special menu to welcome guests to experience the authentic Turkish cuisine.
Bekhiet commented, “The Hotel’s management is keen to provide all that is distinctive and attractive, by hosting different food festivals and different cultural and social opportunities.” He also pointed out that the Turkish Food Festival won the admiration of many visitors through distinctive dishes and the cultural atmosphere that made for a memorable dining experience.
The Turkish Food Festival offers a daily all-inclusive dinner buffet starting 7:00 pm until 12:00 midnight at The Grill restaurant. The Festival is prepared under the supervision of the Turkish Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, Chef Husseyin Deniz, who prepared a wide variety of the most delicious Turkish cuisine specialties mainly from the region of Anatolia, in addition to authentic Ottoman classics such as adana kebab, iskender kebab, beyti, and delicious char-grill offerings. The festival will continue till November 5, 2016, lasting two full weeks. Bekhiet also stated that Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh continues to constantly distinguish itself by offering a blend of diverse cultural experiences prepared by the most talented international chefs with top professional expertise from the best global culinary schools and others from Four Seasons hotels and resorts around the world.
