The fire broke out at the Torn hotel in Rostov-on-Don in the southern part of Russia that was tearing through the huge building and setting fire to cars nearby.
The rescue workers and the disaster management team have reportedly found the deceased bodies of a man and a woman, who was considered as the members of the staff of the Torn Hotel.
A government official said that a corpse of a man was found in the fire zone in the hotel room.
There is one of the deceased is a man of 30. The second is a woman, both are employees of the Torn hotel.
The eye witnesses saw children were jumping from the windows of the hotel and the emergency exit, where they were caught by the local people on the ground.
There are five children and the girls jumped from the second floor, some people were catching them.
One man said he had helped throw stones at a window to break it, and then the children started to jump, and they caught them.
There are over 400 people; including 61 children were evacuated from the three star hotel block.
The local officials said that about 50 firefighters and 19 fire engines were sent to tackle the blaze.
The government official Evgeny Kondratiev told that the face of building was made of “very flammable material containing toxic elements.
The blaze left the building charred and black from top to bottom.
