With this agreement, Ugo transfers can transport its services in over 100 countries with an access of over 68000 travel agents.
The travel agents using Travelport Marketplace can download the UGO application to browse, pre-book and corroborate their customers’ ground transport arrangements in advance.
Bay Travel, largest privately owned travel Management Company based in Australia, was one of the first agencies to use the Ugo application. Bay Travel managing director Alan Wolf commented that Bay Corporate Travel has been using the services of Ugo Transfers for quite some time.
Now that this Bay Travel app is available via Travelport, and finds the ease of access to be an additional bonus.
Ugo Transfers also established a specialised Service Centre. It allows for requests to provide to larger groups and other customised options.
UGO Service Centre will insert another layer of reassurance and personalised service delivery for the customers.
Brad Wicks said that they are looking frontward in providing more travel agents across the world with faultless solutions to search and book for ground transportation.
The senior director of TravelPort added that the Ugo Transfers will supply the agents with more content and booking choices for ground transportation.
TravelPort hopes after signing the agreement, that making this travel tech app is reachable to travel agencies using Travelport’s Smartpoint.
This will allow the different travel agents to create a faster and more efficient workflow, in improving the response time for their customers.
