Chef Hung has developed an authentic homemade Korean BBQ menu, and enticing choices include a varied 10 course menu with dishes such as fried pumpkin Korean style, spicy dried fish, cabbage kimchee, cucumber kimchee, spicy clams and bean curd soup, spicy pork bulgogi, galbi (marinated bonless chiken), saeng saewoo gui (grilled prawns with chili paste) and sweet red bean soup. A second set menu includes fried spicy great burdock, Korean fried spicy eel, cabbage kimchee, turnip kimchee, spicy clams and bean curd soup, marinated pork chop, wagyu oyster blade, dak bul go ki (maritnated boneless chicken), spicy squid and sweet red bean soup.
