Valentine’s Day in Turkey saw 10-fold increase in sales of flowers, sweets and decorations

Turkey, which is at the peak of the economic recovery, happily uses every possibility of a celebration. And this applies to the Valentine’s Day as well which has gained popularity in the cities of the country.

Valentine’s Day in Turkey this year is marked by a 10-fold increase in sales of flowers, jewelry and sweets. This highlights the Turks pragmatic approach to the love day, preferring not the most expensive gifts but gifts which touch the hearts.

It has also been noted that the most popular gift this Valentine’s Day turned out to
be a modest jewelry, made in the form of hearts.
