The Professional Golf Association (PGA), the oldest professional golfers’ association and a leading golfing brand and authority has now partnered with Vipingo Ridge to endorse the championship Baobab Course as East and Central Africa’s sole PGA approved golfing facility.
Founded in 1901, The PGA is the world’s first golf professional members’ organisation representing over 7,500 professionals working in more than 60 countries. The PGA brand is immediately recognised and respected throughout the world as it has been at the forefront of golf for over a century.
PGA’s heritage, standards, ethics, reputation and global role are known and respected equally by players, administrators’ golf facility developers and owners. The PGA has licensed its brand to selected facilities around the world and Vipingo Ridge has now joined these ranks.

The PGA has a range of leading educational courses available to aspiring golf professionals and others with key roles in the golfing industry. The PGA will work with Vipingo Ridge to create a bespoke educational programme for the staff at Vipingo Ridge to bring them up to international standards and thus improve Vipingo Ridge’s quality of overall service.
