One Thursday, the third Pacific Tourist Forum was inaugurated in Vladivostok, the Far East of Russia. It was attended by 40 experts from Russia, China, Japan, South Korea and other countries. Developing cross-border tourism routes between countries like Northeast Asia and Russia’s Far East and Siberia was the primary focus of the forum.
It will take place at the Far Eastern Federal University on May 18-21st. Some of the routine events during the forum include the business part of an international forum of Northeast Asia, an annual Pacific international tourism expo, the Vladivostok boat show, and the activity of “Day of a Traveller. Debate on different topics like how to perk up services for Chinese tourists will be discussed at different sessions during the forum, an annual event in Russia’s Far East since 2015.
