Wall joins spa, Asia, for MSpa International as group director

wallZoe Wall  will join spa, Asia, at Minor Hotel-owned MSpa International, based in Bangkok as the new group director.

 

 

Having worked in locations from the Caribbean to the Middle East she holds a wealth of global experience.

 

Wall has worked her way up from being a spa therapist to general manager of a consultancy for five-star properties in the Middle East and Indian Ocean.

 

 

Her strengths lie in pre-opening development and large-scale operations and began her career with Steiner – the world’s largest operator of spas at sea – spending her youth sailing the Caribbean.

 

 

In 2008 she moved to Dubai and her first challenge was the pre-opening of the spa at the much-heralded Atlantis, The Palm.

 

 

In 2013, she first joined Minor-owned Anantara Hotels & Resorts as spa director in Dubai.

 

 

Wall at MSpa will be responsible for setting and implementing the company’s business strategy in the region, developing brand pillars and wellness programmes.

 

 

She will also see the overall performance of spas, including all pre-opening and expansion activities.

 

Thomas Meier, Minor Hotel senior vice president, operations, Asia said that Wall’s track record speaks for itself, she is a go-getter with relentless drive an division.

 

 

He was looking forward to the successes she will bring in driving revenue, marketing, and the launch of more wellness programmes.
