Hidden in Spain is offering travelers a “toast to their health” with Health and Wellness Tours that range from the ultimate in pampering at 5-star Spa resorts to hiking, biking, and guided walking tours. The tours include anti-stress and anti-aging treatments, cognitive and emotional health programs, traditional Chinese medicine and modern nutritional therapies, based on the clients’ goals. As a reward for “being good”, Hidden in Spain includes a free dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant in select cities that include San Sebastian, Bilbao, Santander, Gijon, and Leon. Some restrictions may apply.

The tours can be customized for groups or individuals, tailored to each person’s physical condition and the level of activity they wish to engage in. They range from four to seven days and are maximized to achieve individual goals.

Agents earn a minimum commission of 10% on preplanned tours; customized tours are provided at net price.

“We work very closely with travel agents to create unique, one-of-a-kind tours that are specifically tailored to their clients’ precise needs,” said Luis Fernandez de Vega, founder of Hidden in Spain. “Most important, every aspect of our tours is carefully curated to ensure the clients experience maximum results, with all services provided by certified professionals in their fields.”

Those looking to be pampered can consider a 4- or 7-day program with accommodations at Barrio de la Santa Cruz, a 5-star Spa resort in Alicante, a city along the Mediterranean coast that is renowned for its medieval architecture and the active nightlife. The resort is staffed with qualified professions that included licensed doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and phycologists. Treatments address emotional, mental and physical health development and include physiotherapy, osteopathy and traditional Chinese medicine.

“These ‘5-Star Health and Wellness’ tours are for the most demanding clients, who want to be pampered and treated to the best of everything,” noted Fernandez de Vega.

More active clients can consider a mix of wellness treatments with stays at 4-star resorts. A typical tour can include a stay in Santander, the capital of the Cantabria region on Spain’s north coast and famous for its tapas and spectacular beaches. Among the excursions can be a boat ride to a small fishing village by the bay that features a magnificent white sand beach, followed by dining in a local restaurant to enjoy some of the best fresh fish and shellfish in the area. These tours are eligible for a free dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
