William H. Coleman, Inc. appointed by Guatemala Tourism Board to organize annual “The Guatemala Experience

downloadThe Guatemala Tourism Board and William H. Coleman, Inc. announce plans to hold the 1st Annual “The Guatemala Experience (TGE)” May 16-20, 2016 in Guatemala City and Antigua.

“The Guatemala Experience (TGE)” is designed to increase global Travel Industry awareness about the wide variety of tourism opportunities available in this exciting and diverse Central America country. Tour Operator “Buyers” and Retail Travel Agents from primary international markets and Guatemala Suppliers will be participating. The organizers estimate a total of 200 delegates will attend this inaugural event.

“The Guatemala Experience (TGE)” activities will include detailed Product Presentations; Marketing Workshops featuring the Adventure, Cultural, Luxury, Romance, and niche travel opportunities available in Guatemala; pre-scheduled business meetings between Tour Operator Buyers, Travel Agents, and Guatemala Suppliers; Hotel Site Inspections; pre-post tours, and attendance at the Guatemala Travel Industry Awards Dinner.

 
VIP Tour Operator Buyers will pay a $225 registration fee and receive four (4) nights single room accommodations at a 4/5 star host hotel; ground transportation including round trip airport transfers; all Product Presentations and Marketing Workshops; pre-scheduled appointments with Suppliers and Travel Agents; attendance at the Guatemala Travel Industry Awards Dinner and all scheduled business and social functions; and a Directory of all participants.

 

Travel Agent Registration fees are $195 that include four (4) nights double room accommodations at a 4/5 host hotel; ground transportation including round trip airport transfers; Product Presentations and Marketing Workshops; pre-scheduled appointments with Suppliers and Tour Operators; attendance at the Guatemala Travel Industry Awards Dinner and all business and social functions; hotel site inspections, and a Directory of all participants.

Guatemala Suppliers pay a $695 Registration Fee that includes pre-scheduled Table –Top appointments with Tour Operators and Travel Agents; participation at the Guatemala Travel Industry Awards Dinner and all business and social functions; and a Directory of all participants.
