Williamsburg is ready to welcome its new luxury hotel that is an eight-storey building based at 96 Wythe Avenue. As per the official website of this hotel, it would start accepting bookings from 1st December this year onwards. The construction of this hotel is going to be completed quite soon.
This hotel has been constantly in the news for its new water tower bar, like most of the projects of Williamsburg.
The website of this hotel has provided some information about this project. For instance, the website states that there are 150 rooms in the hotel and they are available in five sizes – Suite, Queen Terrace, Studio Terrace, King Terrace and the Queen.
Besides the water tower bar that has placed the hotel in the radar, the hotel also involves a grand ballroom that can accommodate 400 people, pop-up eatery on Wythe Avenue, café, rooftop pool, two bars as well as a restaurant.
Apart from all these amenities, the hotel would be providing chauffeured tuk-tuks to its guests, who can take a ride in these vehicles around Williamsburg. A tuk-tuk is a three-wheeled vehicle that is widely popular in India and different portions of South-East Asia (known as ‘Ricksha’ locally in India).
Heritage Equity Partners are developing this grand project, and it is the same group that has been credited with building the 25 Kent Avenue’s massive office project. Recently, this project has been approved for construction. Michael Boyd Studio has been approached by Heritage to design the new hotel. Boyd Studio has also made custom furnishings for the project.
