Ctrip is a Nasdaq-listed company and possessor of multiple travel sites like Skyscanner. The collaboration with Wirecard targets to ease digital cashless payments abroad for their Chinese customers.

We look forward to expanding our partnership with Ctrip to further develop payment solutions”.
The card supports currencies from the most-visited regions of the world like Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the UK, US and the Eurozone. The card is only available to Ctrip customers who are Chinese nationals.
According to statistics from the China National Tourism Administration, Chinese travelers in 2017 have made 131 million international trips, with that number anticipated to increase to 200 million by 2020.
