Nintendo, one of the largest video game companies of the world has recently declared that it is ready to create its very first theme park. The theme park would be constructed in Tokyo, Japan just prior to the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020, in partnership with Universal Studios in Japan and US.
It would be built in the region of Osaka that is based in Japan.
The theme park would be complete with restaurants, shops, interactive areas and of course some of the most thrilling state-of-the-art rides. In addition, it would also feature a few really popular games and characters of Nintendo series. The development of this theme park would cost about $430 million.
The announcement had been made officially on a social media platform.
The post portrayed an image that suggested what the park might look like once it is completed. One of the news websites also reported that additional theme parks are in the process of being planned for Florida, Orlando, California and Los Angeles.
The artwork that had been posted in the latest announcement shows revealed its conceptual image.
It also went on to show how it is based primarily on the Mushroom Setting and Mario Franchise. The goal of the creators of the theme park is to bring alive the adventure of the Nintendo video games with an aim to lure the attention of the visitors to the various attractions of this park.
So, the virtual games would be imparted a realistic touch thanks to Nintendo’s new plans.
