WTM Latin America 2018, the world’s leading event for the Latin American travel industry taking place between 3rd – 5th April, 2018, at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, guarantees its participants benefits ranging from airfares, accommodation, car rental and transfer from the tube to the event.

The visitors who book their air tickets through LATAM Airlines, the event’s official airline in Brazil, will get a travel discount of up to 25% on routes operated within the Brazilian territory.

The discount is valid for boarding between April 2nd and 8th 2018, in the Brazil/São Paulo/Brazil stretch. Promotional tickets will have a 10% discount and no change in the price of Mega Promo tickets. To take advantage of this exclusive discount, delegates taking part in the event should access the airline’s website and use the promotional code 466387.

For those looking for accommodation in the city of São Paulo, for the second year WTM Latin America is maintaining its partnership with HotelMap, which offers the most advanced hotel reservation technology along with additional benefits, namely discounts on all types of accommodation and greater ease in relation to making reservations, in addition to access to other users’ comments and opinions. All you need to do is to access the event’s website in the menu Visit – Accommodation.

Another benefit offered is the comfort of commuting within the city during the days of the event, in two options: for those who wish to go by car, the partnership with Avis, the car rental company, will offer a 10% discount for reservations with payment at the destination and a 12% discount in the case of prepayment made directly on Avis’ website, by the link using the code: L226300.

By tube, the event’s organisers will be offering free shuttle buses to and from Expo Center Norte, during the three-day show, starting one hour before the event opens until one hour after the event closes. The shuttle buses will leave from the GARAGE INN parking lot, on Rua Voluntários da Pátria, 344 (next to Portuguesa-Tietê station on the number 1 tube line – Blue and from the Tietê bus terminal).
