Adventoro a finalist for Start-Up Innovation Camp 2019 in Switzerland

Adventoro has been selected as a finalist by World Tourism Forum Lucerne for the Start-Up Innovation Camp 2019. The camp will be held in May in Lucerne, Switzerland. Headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, it is owned by Adventoro Travel Technologies Sdn. Bhd.

Ken Lau, founder and CEO of Adventoro opined that the camp will give them an opportunity to present the company on an international stage. It will give them a chance to meet influencers, experts, industry leaders, and investors under one roof. He said they will be able to tell the story of this start-up to the world in Lucerne in May.

Southeast Asia has plenty of activities for the adventure seekers. In 2018 alone, this young start-up managed to earn revenues of Malaysian Ringgit 1.2 million or U.S. dollars 300,000 in total sales.

In addition to Malaysia, it now offers adventure activities and destinations in Indonesia, Laos, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. They aim to penetrate destinations in Cambodia, Myanmar and the Philippines by end of 2019.

Adventoro is a new online platform where adventure-seekers and travellers from anywhere in the world can discover and book adventure-based tours and activities in Malaysia. Users of this platform tap the Adventoro Concierge Service.
