Aeroflot Among First in Russia to Complete Pilot Stage of Integration of ‘Tax-3’ Federal Tax Service Automated Data System

Aeroflot joined the top-3 big Russian companies to successfully complete the pilot stage of integration of ‘Tax-3’, Russia’s Federal Tax Service automated data system. The project is being rolled out based on tax monitoring information and analytical system of JSC ‘GNIVC’( the Main Scientific Innovation and Implementation Center). With embrace of the latest IT Aeroflot will receive and report tax and accounting data in automatic mode.

The experts of Aeroflot, Federal Tax Service of Russia and JSC ‘GNIVc’ trialed various scenarios of document flow to confirm operational efficiency of the IT systems and high speed of data exchange. Further integration will enable the air carrier to streamline operations and to cut time and costs of data statement exchange with Federal Tax Service.

The full integration of Aeroflot’s information system and the ‘Tax-3’ Federal Tax Service automated data system is scheduled by 2024. Aeroflot will be Russia’s first transport company to accomplish such project.

For many years, the airline has been the industry’s largest taxpayer demonstrating total financial transparency, high level of social responsibility, timely and full tax payment. Aeroflot is also an undisputed leader in the industry in terms of digitalization of business processes.

Aeroflot has been participating in tax monitoring since 2018, and has been reporting to Russia’s Federal tax Service through ‘Data Mart’ digital platform. The airline’s specialists take part in working groups initiated by Federal Tax Service of Russia to develop tax monitoring practices and procedures.
