The agenda of the meeting included the following items:
New Aeroflot Group strategy. The Board reviewed new ways of achieving key goals of the Group’s strategy, including the goal of increasing air transport accessibility.
The results of implementation of Aeroflot Group’s consolidated budget for the 9M 2019. Passenger traffic of the Russian airline market including foreign carriers of 9M 2019 totalled 114.0 mln. Aeroflot Group’s market share increased by 1.1 p.p. versus 9M 2018 from 39.9% to 41.0%. In 9M 2019, the Group’s net profit was RUB 20.3 bln. The Group continued its operational growth. Key performance indicators grew at a rate significantly faster than those of peers.
PJSC Aeroflot’s incentive programme. Results of KPIs implementation of Aeroflot Group’s long-term development programme /PJSC Aeroflot CEO for 3Q 2019 have been approved.
