Aimbridge Hospitality sector introduces six new posts to enhance ‘global growth’

Aimbridge Hospitality has created a new post called New Chief Global Growth Officer to begin their growth in the post-pandemic era.

There are six other operations posts created. The Plano-based hotel management company has created six operational divisions to provide the benefits of working with a global leader while taking advantage of the agility and expertise of smaller, vertically-focused operations.

To make the growth possibility higher the company has hired industry veteran Allison Reid in the role of chief global growth officer.

The Plano-based company, which is counted among the leading global hotel management services company, represents over 1,500 properties in 50 states and 23 countries. Their portfolio also includes the operation of 84 lodging brands, plus more than 90 independent boutique/lifestyle hotels. After launching six operating verticals several years ago, they have launched additional six operational branches to enhance the reach of the Hotel brand across global countries.

The new expertise includes four divisions that are vertical expertise driven. These are Full Service oriented which will provide hotel and resort expertise on a scale
Evolution Lifestyle which will differentiate through curated experiences
Enhanced Select Service that offers focused service ensuring that it is a “lasting success”
Select Service that offers efficiencies makes the short and long stays successful.

According to Mark Tamis, Aimbridge’s president of global operations, this move will ensure that efficiency, nimbleness and appropriate services are provided to the customers in the right direction. He also stated that the new structure of their six operating divisions builds on Aimbridge’s operating acumen with a focus on specific industry verticals where they have proven their expertise. Tamis also said in the statement that each division, serving as distinct business units, will be led by a highly skilled and experienced divisional president who will drive efficiency for decisions, nimbleness to proactively support the properties, and bolster dedicated teams to optimize results.

The new appointees are Rob Smith in full service, Will Loughran as evolution lifestyle, Ben Perelmuter as enhanced Select service, Simon Mendy in select service, David J Anderson as EMEA and Leandro Castillo for the Latin American division.
