A viral video shows metal pieces flying from the engines. An Alaska Airlines flight bound for San Diego has diverted back to Seattle. This happened after a strange vibration occurred.

Flight 558 has reported an unusual vibration on the left side of the aircraft. On Monday at around 7:36 am local time the Alaska Air spokesperson reported that in a statement. Pilots turned the Boeing 737-900ER around, and then returned to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Here the flight landed safely.

However, no one was injured during this emergency landing. The aircraft landed at Seattle Tacoma International Airport. A video posted on Twitter shows the engine to be in a difficult situation.

The airline has reported that there were 176 passengers and six crew members on board. The two pilots who controlled the flight had more than 32 years of total experience when they were operating.

The airline has praised the pilots for their professional treatment and decision-making capability. The airline has also praised the patience of the passengers who trusted their endeavour.

Alaska Airlines have a reputation to offer safe travel. The passengers are mostly very happy with the services. However, it is very rare that the airline experiences an emergency landing. However, the aircraft is now out of service as there are servicings going on in the vessel.
